Oh mercy. I can honestly say I've never seen that - that's pretty wild. People think Chicago is the worst place in Illinois, but there are good parts of Chicago lol :)
Actually had a police helicopter fly overhead searching for a murderer in our neighborhood about a year ago. Turns out he was hiding out in a house 2 blocks away. And yet, do we move? No. We're saving $$$ to move to England. :)
